★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Atualização: 2,5 meses sem estorno!] Comprei no site e a entrega foi feita por essa unidade. Como pedi a devolução, me falaram que viriam buscar o produto (sem me avisar data ou hora). Simplesmente vieram na minha casa, e como eu estava viajando, o moço ligou pra mim falando que tinha ido buscar o produto e eu disse que não estava lá.
Quando voltei de viagem liguei para eles para combinar novamente e o moço veio aqui com horas de atraso, quando eu não estava, mas deixei o produto na portaria.
Começaram o processo de devolução 2 dias depois de receberem o produto.
Até agora, 22 dias úteis depois não recebi meu dinheiro. Sei que essa questão não tem a ver com essa unidade, mas a entrega e devolução foi feita por ela.
[Update: 2.5 months no chargeback!] I bought it on the website and the delivery was made by this unit. As I asked for the return, they told me that they would pick up the product (without telling me the date or time). They just came to my house, and as I was traveling, the young man called me saying he had gone to get the product and I said I wasn't there.
When I came back from my trip, I called them to arrange again and the guy came here hours late, when I wasn't there, but I left the product at the concierge.
They started the return process 2 days after receiving the product.
So far, 22 business days later I have not received my money. I know that this issue has nothing to do with this unit, but the delivery and return was made by her.
