Tenho 63 anos e fui muito mal atendida por um funcionário que além de ficar rindo da medicação solicitada, após negligenciar a cliente, me colocou em situação constrangedora inclusive perguntando se estava estressada e outras palavras que nem vou mencionar.
Fico impressionada!!! Nunca fui atendida tão mal na minha vida!!!!
