★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tentem comprar online pra fazer retirada, pois vão passar sufoco, nem mesmo os atendentes do SAC conseguem entrar em contato com eles via telefone, aliás nem e-mails eles respondem do SAC . De preferência a ir presencialmente.

A farmacêutica oriental destrata as pessoas .
Só compro ali quando não encontro em outras farmácias.
Claro que 1 ou 2 funcionários fazem a exceção naquele lugar .
Você pode levar mais de 40 minutos para comprar um medicamento fora do horário de pico.
Estive na loja por volta das 23 h ,e foi esse o tempo que levei da entrada até a saída .
Para ter uma idéia da boa vontade que eles atendem os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda enganosa. Precisei com urgência de uma informação sobre um medicamento e após chamar várias vezes, o telefone era atendido e ficava mudo. Ocorreu isso três vezes, num claro indicativo de má fé do funcionário que de plantão estava. Graças a funcionários assim que todo o trabalho de uma marca é ruído. Não se pode contar com a unidade de Sta. Cruz da Serra em momentos de maior necessidade, serve apenas como cabide de cargo, já que o indivíduo que lá está não exerce a função designada. Horrível isso.
Misleading advertising. I urgently needed information about a medicine and after calling several times, the phone was answered and was silent. This happened three times, in a clear indication of bad faith of the employee who was on duty. Thanks to employees so all the work of a brand is noise. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 08/11/19 por volta das 18:20 hrs eu estive na drogaria Pacheco de santa cruz da serra e me senti muito desconfortável, pois percebi que um dos funcionários ficou me vigiando dentro da loja. No começo achei que era só impressão minha, mas após reparar bem percebi que realmente aconteceu. Minha vontade era largar lá o que ia comprar e ir embora, mas fiz questão de comprar pra provar pra ele que estava enganado, inclusive ele ficou me vigiando até eu passar pelo caixa e concluir a compra. Era um rapaz branco e alto. Enfim só quero dizer que foi uma situação muito incomoda pra mim, deixei de ver muitas coisas que pretendia comprar por me sentir mal com essa perseguição na loja, e espero que algo seja feito porque eu não tenho mais interesse em ser cliente dessa farmácia depois de ter que passar por isso.

I wanted to drop what I was going to buy and leave, but I made sure to buy to prove to him that I was wrong, including he kept watching me until I go through the cashier and complete the purchase. It was a tall white boy. Anyway I just want to say it was a very uncomfortable situation for me, I stopped seeing many things I wanted to buy because I felt bad about this persecution in the store, and I hope something is done because I have no interest in being a customer of this pharmacy after have to go through it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no balcão!! Fiz uma compra pelo site e fui buscar na loja enquanto ainda constava o status "ENVIADO" e não liberado. A funcionária me despachou de volta pra casa porque deveria aguardar o status da compra mudar. A funcionária não pensou sequer em me pedir para aguardar enquanto liberava a compra!! Total falta de empatia com o cliente!!
Terrible service at the counter!! I made a purchase through the website and went to pick it up at the store while the status was still "SENT" and not released. The clerk sent me back home because I had to wait for the status of the purchase to change. The employee didn't even think about asking me to wait while releasing the purchase!! Total lack of empathy with the customer!!
