Liguei pra saber da disponibilidade de um medicamento na farmácia e eu ouvi durante a ligação o atende por nome Gabriel fazendo piada "que eu estava ligando novamente, fazendo cotação de preço pra minha farmácia". Eu não tenho farmácia, eu tenho uma anemia ferropriva e fazendo tratamento com Noripurum! Liguei pra várias farmácias pra saber se tinha o medicamento, se liguei 2 vezes pra lá, significa que liguei de novo e não que sou concorrente. Comentário infeliz, de gente mal educada e que não sabe o que é atendimento ao cliente.
