★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre atrasam na entrega. Hoje foi o cúmulo, e pior que moro 10 min de moto da farmácia, se eu tivesse ido à pé teria chegado antes na farmácia que o entregador na minha casa. Só dão desculpas para o atraso, mas não pedem de fato desculpas por isso.
Always delay delivery. Today was the culmination, and worse than living 10 minutes by motorcycle from the pharmacy, if I had gone on foot I would have arrived at the pharmacy earlier than the delivery man at my house. They only make excuses for the delay, but they don't really apologize for it.

The machine on their card gives an error and the money is debited from your account ... I had this problem last week and so far they have not returned my money. Absurd!
