★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consta a informação que a farmácia funciona até às 00hs, cheguei na farmácia às 23:43 para comprar um Tylenol bebê e fui informada pelo funcionário que a mesma já estaria fechada. Estava eu com uma bebê de 7 meses com 38° de febre, até tentei pedir por favor já que no Alcântara não havia outra aberta, e fui orientada a ir em outra farmácia ( concorrente) na Trindade ou Centro.

I was with a 7 month old baby with a fever of 38 °, I even tried to ask please since there was no other open in Alcântara, and I was directed to go to another pharmacy (competitor) in Trindade or Centro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo telefone as 19:24h para a loja da Alfredo Backer, pedi um creme para alergia, pois meus olhos estão coçando e muito inchados, são exatamente 23h e nada do medicamento chegar. Isso é uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. Não é a primeira vez q isso acontece. Péssima farmácia, péssimo atendimento.
I placed an order over the phone at 7:24 pm to the Alfredo Backer store, I ordered an allergy cream, because my eyes are itchy and very swollen, it is exactly 11pm and none of the medicine arrives. This is a lack of respect for the consumer. It is not the first time that this happens. Bad pharmacy, bad service.

Uma fila enorme, com uma criança pequena (não tem fila preferencial), para chegar no caixa e o preço estar errado, e a PÉSSIMA atendente falar que não TEM TEMPO para verificar o preço, se eu queria cancelar. Um abuso e falta de respeito! Revejam seus funcionários, pois não levei o produto, de tão indignada! (caixa 3 - 14/01/20 às 15h)
Terrible attendance. A huge queue, with a small child (there is no preferential queue), to arrive at the cashier and the price is wrong, and the LAST attendant says there is NO TIME to check the price, if I wanted to cancel. An abuse and lack of respect! Review your employees, because I didn't take the product, I was so indignant! (box 3 - 1/14/20 at 3pm)
