★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento presencial bom, boa opção de medicamentos, mas infelizmente mal atendem os telefones e quando atendem são extremamente despreparados para isso. Um absurdo para uma farmácia desse porte.
 Good face-to-face service, good choice of medications, but unfortunately they hardly answer the phones and when they answer they are extremely unprepared for that. It was absurd for a pharmacy of this size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento a faxineira do estabelecimento tentou jogar água que usava na limpeza em minha esposa e após o ocorrido juntou com um grupo de demais funcionários para rirem da situação indignados eu e minha esposa pedimos o estorno e com isto fica claro como o atendimento em cidades do interior é discriminatoria e preconceituosa e bastante ostil coisa que em grandes centros como São Paulo Brasília não se vê porque lá o funcionário é contratado pela empresa com o propósito de atender e bem os clientes, pois os clientes é a base para se manter o estabelecimento, nenhum estabelecimento se mantém apenas de empregados sem consumidores e seu dinheiro porque eu como consumidor posso simplesmente usar meu dinheiro em outro que trate a mim e meu dinheiro melhor e como sou de cidade grande já vi muito estabelecimento quebrar porque empregado não trás lucro e sim o consumidor.
Bad service, the cleaning lady of the establishment tried to pour water that she used to clean my wife and after the event, she joined a group of other employees to laugh at the situation indignantly, my wife and I asked for a chargeback and with this it is clear how the service in cities in the interior is discriminatory and prejudiced and very ostil something that in big centers like São Paulo Brasília is not seen because there the employee is hired by the company with the purpose of serving and well the customers, because the customers is the base to keep the establishment, no establishment remains only of employees without consumers and their money because as a consumer I can simply use my money in another that treats me and my money better and as I am from a big city I have seen a lot of establishments break down because an employee does not make a profit but the consumer.
