★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento péssimo estou ligando a mais de 30min atendem deixam o telefone fora do gancho, eu ouvidinho tudo que esta acontecendo na farmácia, e desligam o telefone, estou com covid estou ligando porque preciso de um remédio e de um oxímetro, misericórdia fechem as portas porque este tipo de atendimento nenhum brasileiro merece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima minha experiência solicitei a medicação, me informaram que a entrega seria as 16 HS, porém até as 20hs ainda ñ havia recebido medicação, perguntei se tinha previsão. A atendente me ligou explicando que o motoboy ñ foi trabalhar e que iria falar com o gerente, Marcelo o gerente mesmo eu explicando que precisava da medicação para hoje, o mesmo disse que o que poderia era e entregar amanhã cedo. O mesmo quis justificar seu horário de entrada e saída do trabalho como se eu tivesse culpa, pela logistica errada da empresa, sugeri ao mesmo que ele mesmo fizesse a entrega.ou chamasse um uber pra entregar. Resumindo eu como cliente em nenhum momento fui priorizada, e ainda fiquei sem a l medicação. Espero que a empresa contrate mais um motoboy e um outro gerente que saiba solucionar os problemas do cliente. Essa frase que colocam no aplicativo em nada combina com a conduta e o atendimento prestado ao cliente.
