★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma drogaria bem completa e com um atendimento bem humanizado. Todas as vezes em que fui a uma Drogasil fui bem atendido, com bastante respeito e espaço necessário ao cliente. Além do atendimento há uma diversidade boa de produtos, basicamente o que for necessário pra você em uma drogaria, você achará lá. Ademais, os preços não são altos, costumam ser bem competitivos com as demais drogarias, mas tem um bônus, há diversas promoções para se comprar mais barato além das promoções individuais que são ofertadas pelo App dela.

Assim que abri a sacola e percebi, entrei imediatamente em contato com a loja, da qual não obtive retorno algum. Entrei em contato com o SAC da Drogasil que deu um prazo de 5 dias úteis para a resolução do problema e nunca mais. Nem devolveram o dinheiro pago pelo item não entregue e nem realizaram a entrega.
I placed an order through ifood on 04/04/22, paid for two products and received only one. As soon as I opened the bag and realized it, I immediately contacted the store, from which I received no response. I contacted Drogasil's SAC who gave a deadline of 5 working days to resolve the problem and never again. Neither did they refund the money paid for the undelivered item, nor did they deliver.
