★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, atendimento sempre lerdo, um caixa operadorando em horário de pico. A fila pra pegar um remédio com atendente pior ainda, não tem ordem, tem que zerar a fila das pessoas de idade para atender a fila comum, uma coisa que não acho certo deveria ser 1 pessoa da fila de idade e 1 pessoa da fila comum pro vez. Preços super caros, vc olha na Internet ou em outra farmácia por preços pela metade. Sempre a mesma coisa, está assim há meses.
Horrible, always slow service, a cashier operating during peak hours. The queue to get a medicine with an even worse attendant, there is no order, you have to reset the queue of older people to attend the common queue, something I don't think should be 1 person in the old queue and 1 person in the common queue pro time. Super expensive prices, you look on the Internet or in another pharmacy for half prices. Always the same, it's been like this for months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter tudo que vc precisa em uma farmácia os valores são muito altos, eles não duvidem o pagamento, não tem farmácia popular. O atendimento não é mto bom, já tive algumas experiências ruins. E hj fui lá pois estou com dor de ouvido, e meu médico está marcado para amanhã segunda, queria algo para hoje para amenizar a dor, mas eles não quiseram vender nada.
Despite having everything you need in a pharmacy the values are very high, they do not doubt the payment, there is no popular pharmacy. The service is not very good, I have had some bad experiences. And today I went there because I have an earache, and my doctor is scheduled for tomorrow Monday, I wanted something for today to ease the pain, but they didn't want to sell anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um Pedido com essa Unidade pelo Rappi no dia de hoje e o atendimento foi muito ruim. Colocaram um produto como disponível no catálogo deles no APP e quando o Entregador chegou lá para selecionar os produtos, o mesmo não tinha mais. Solicitei que o Entregador verificasse com o Estabelecimento o que poderia ser feito para mim não ser prejudicado e simplesmente disseram que não podiam fazer nada. Sinceramente, uma falta de respeito com o Cliente. Precisam atualizar o catálogo de vocês diariamente para que problemas assim não ocorram. Prejudica o Cliente, o Entregador e o Estabelecimento. Fica a dica! Dificilmente farei novos pedidos com o mesmo. Grato.
I placed an Order with this Unit through Rappi today and the service was very poor. They put a product as available in their catalog in the APP and when the Delivery Person arrived there to select the products, he no longer had it. I asked the Delivery Person to verify with the Establishment what could be done so that I would not be harmed and they simply said that they could not do anything. Honestly, a lack of respect for the Customer. You need to update your catalog daily so that problems like this do not occur. It harms the Customer, the Delivery Person and the Establishment. Here's the tip! I will hardly make new orders with it. Grateful.
