★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra online e não foi bem sucedido, na minha opinião faltou competência , tiveram até que fazer estorno, em questão Drogaria Onofre , me informaram que é da minha rede, efetuei a compra online pois me disseram ser mais em conta e rápido o processo, ledo engano, pelo menos para mim , não funcionou, portanto não gostei

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja da rua Itinguçu , 165 tem dois telefones ( 2685-2085 / 2023-2807 ) os quais não são atendidos . No dia de hoje, 23/09/2021, tentei manter contato com os funcionários da loja através desses dois telefones sem sucesso. Fiz tentativas intercaladas em diversos horários do dia ! Uma falha grave nesse tipo de serviço nessa unidade. O que comentar mais aqui ? Se fosse possível, não pintaria nenhuma das estrelas daqui ...... ( sou obrigado a pintar uma, senão a mensagem não será postada !!!!!!)
The store at 165 Itinguçu street has two telephones (2685-2085 / 2023-2807) which are not answered. Today, 23/09/2021, I tried to keep in touch with the store employees through these two phones without success. I made interspersed attempts at different times of the day! A major failure of this type of service on this drive. What to comment more here? If it were possible, I wouldn't paint any of the stars here ...... No atendimento a distância deixam muito a desejar.
Não respondem WhatsApp da loja. Toda vez q o atendente inicia a conversa, NÃO conclui. Só retorna no dia seguinte e olhe lá. Lê e não responde. E não foi só uma vez que tentei, foram várias, sempre com o mesmo tipo de comportamento. Mais de 24hs pra te dar um retorno e por partes. São muito desorganizados.
Por isso sempre acabo comprando na Fazfarma, que as vezes é um pouco mais caro, porém são muito rápidos e eficientes.

O mesmo que parece que está falando com amigos (jeito malandro), aplicou injeção e esqueceu de lavar mãos, colocar luva e tapa sangue, deixando a medicacao vazar. Preço bom, e atendimento e aplicao boa da Carla, apesar depois de registrar minha reclamaçao por telefone, ela agir de forma indiferente sem qualquer postura profissional como uma gerente deve ter. Péssimos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ funcionarios super educados, atenciosos e amorosos, compro lá a mais de anos nunca mim trataram mal, todos eles vejo que fazem o possivel pra ajudar o cliente, as vezes vejo clientes tratando eles com muita falta de educação achando que tem o rei na barriga, como se espera numa fila vai perde a vida, enfim todos muito profissionais e atenciosos, esses que estao reclamando num tem o que fazer, num tem uma louca pra lavar, um saco pra coçar, aaah vcs reclamam demais, um bando de armagurados com a vida!!!
super polite, caring and loving employees, I shop there for more than years, they never treated me badly, they all see that they do their best to help the customer, sometimes I see customers treating them with great impoliteness, thinking they have the king in their belly, as you wait in line you will lose your life, in short, all very professional and attentive, those who are complaining don't have anything to do, don't have a crazy person to wash, a bag to scratch, aaah you guys complain too much, a bunch of armored people with life!!!
