★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma simples aplicação, pois havia comprado o medicamento, aqui mesmo nesta unidade, mandaram eu pagar a aplicação 4,90R$ no caixa, a fiquei aguardando, aguardando, por muito tempo, e havia outras pessoas junto na espera, mas ai que esta o pior, todos q estavam lá era da mesma familia, e todos fazendo teste de covid, porem todos com resultados positivos, uma desorganização, pessoas sem mascaras, se testou positivo, e as pessoas nao tem noção pelo menos os atendentes tem de ter. me colocaram em uma espera, sem falar nada, me deixam la platando esperando. quando reclamei e perguntei se podia ir em outra drogasil, ainda acham ruim, e nao me devolveram o dinheiro, não é nem pelo dinheiro, é pela falta de etica dos profissionais, desta unidade. UMA VERGONHA. neste lugar não piso mais. BANDO DE ( ENTENDERAM )

Toda vez o atendimento na farmácia Drogasil, da Praça Prudente de Moraes, 10 no centro de Indaiatuba é muito lento. Inúmeras vezes desisti da compra pela demora. Mesmo com apenas dois clientes na fila e dois em atendimento. O atendimento no balcão demora mais que uma consulta médica... a farmacêutica e atendentes são muito atenciosos, mas a demora acaba fazendo a gente ir na farmácia ao lado. Só estou enviando este feedback pois não é algo pontual, há tempos isso tem ocorrido.

Every time the service at the Drogasil pharmacy, on Praça Prudente de Moraes, 10 in the center of Indaiatuba is very slow. Several times I gave up on the purchase due to the delay. Even with only two customers in line and two in attendance. The service at the counter takes longer than a medical appointment... the pharmacist and attendants are very attentive, but the delay ends up making us go to the pharmacy next door. I'm just sending this feedback because it's not something punctual, this has been happening for some time.
