Às vezes leva dias e não respondem nada, aí tento telefonar, mas ninguém atende o telefone. Por que, então, disponibilizam o telefone? Sou obrigado a me dirigir a loja para descobrir que já estava disponível, mas eu não sabia porque não avisaram.

I usually order medication through the app, but I no longer receive the email informing me that it is available for withdrawal. Sometimes it takes days and they don't answer anything, then I try to call, but no one answers the phone. Why, then, do they make the phone available? I have to go to the store to find out it was already available, but I didn't know why they didn't let me know.
