★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma ótima opção, mas que dada a localização não tem grande diferencial da próxima, que tem várias farmácias populares e premium. Tem o mesmo padrão das outras redes da loja, com funcionários super educados e dispostos a ajudar. O espaço é um pouco pequeno, com corredores um pouco estreitos. O estacionamento amplo é um diferencial.

It has the same standard as the other chains in the store, with super polite employees willing to help. The space is a bit small, with somewhat narrow hallways. Ample parking is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há um tempo, e em outras ocasiões fui muito bem atendido. Hoje fui com minha esposa, e iríamos levar alguns produtos. Na hora de pagar ficamos na indecisão entre débito ou crédito, e decidimos credito. O fato é que o crédito era o Banese Card com Chip, (não precisa documento com foto), mas a moça só vendia se tivesse o documento com foto (ela nao estava no momento). Foi apresentado no celular identidade com foto e número. E a foto claramente perceptível, se ligar as coisas é fácil: a pessoa iria autorizar mediante senha, e ainda mesmo que passas e na tarja, onde nesse caso precisa do documento, tinha nome, foto cpf. Acabou no stress, em fim desistimos dos outros produtos e só levamos um porque esse na pode faltar. Até iria passar no débito todos, mas a má vontade foi tamanha que desistimos, e se não fosse a pressa pro trabalho e a prioridade do único medicamento que levamos, iria perder toda a venda.
Não se fideliza cliente dessa forma.

And the photo is clearly perceptible, if connecting things is easy: the person would authorize it using a password, and even if it is pressed and in the stripe, where in this case he needs the document, he had a name, photo cpf. It ended up in stress, in the end we gave up on the other products and only took one because it can't be missing. I would even go into debt, but the ill will was so great that we gave up, and if it weren't for the rush to work and the priority of the only medicine we took, we would lose the entire sale.
You do not retain customer loyalty that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende o telefone e nos venderam uma fita de diabetes para medicação de insulina vencida, e não podemos sequer reclamar e verificar o procedimento de troca. Lamentável uma farmácia de uma rede como a Drogasil sequer ter um telefone fixo para contato e absurdo venderem produtos vencidos.
He doesn't answer the phone and we're sold a diabetes tape for expired insulin medication, and we can't even complain and check the switch procedure. It is regrettable that a pharmacy in a chain such as Drogasil does not even have a landline to contact and it is absurd to sell expired products.
