 Time-consuming service. There is no availability to place orders by connection. They made whatsapp available, giving an answer after 1hr after my question. If it wasn't necessary, I wouldn't have contacted you. I gave up asking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda Drogasil é uma m.... quando o quesito é agilidade no atendimento. São sempre poucos os funcionários, sempre há uma fila grande de espera, os funcionários são Muito acomodados (diferente dos outros das outras drogarias) e conhecem pouco sobre medicamentos. Passei hoje em três. Desisti na primeira (que tinha até segurança pra organizar a fila), passei na segunda e esperei bastante só pra dizer que não tinha do medicamento que eu procurava e na terceira eu fui atendido pq reclamei com o cara do caixa que foi procurar o tal do medicamento. E sempre assim, seja no shopping, na Av. Fernandes Lima, na Menino Marcelo, etc. Sempre assim. Muito bonita, muita bacana, mas se vc estiver doente, espere que vai demorar que só a peste!
Every Drogasil is a m .... when the question it is service agility. They are always a few employees, there is always a long line of waiting, the staff are very accommodated (different from others of other drugstores) and know little about drugs. I spent these three. I gave up on the first one (I even had security to organize the queue), I passed on the second and waited a long time just to say that I didn't have the medicine I was looking for and on the third I was treated because I complained to the cashier who went to look for the guy medicine. And always so, whether at the mall, at Av. Fernandes Lima in Boy Marcelo etc. Always like this. Very beautiful, very nice, but if you're sick, hope it will take only the plague!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Por diversas vezes tentei concluir a compra no site, quando chega na página de escolher a forma de entrega e digitar o nome de.quem irá pegar o produto não funciona não sai dessa página!! Muito estressante ! Desisto!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse telefone não atende e a outra farmácia Drogasil da Jatiúca, atende a ligação mas não quer falar, pois bota o telefone no balcão e esquece o cliente na linha. Péssimo atendimento.
That phone doesn't answer and the other Drogasil pharmacy in Jatiúca answers the call but doesn't want to talk, because they put the phone on the counter and forget the customer on the line. Terrible attendance.
