★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drogaria com atendimento péssimo! Não indico à ninguém! Cobram valores altíssimos pelas formulações e têm atitudes abusivas pelo fato de serem a única farmácia veterinária na cidade. Recepção com atendimento grosseiro, e o pior de tudo, te induzem a comprar pelo serviço de delivery, caso vc tenha urgência em receber o medicamento, ou seja, se vc paga à mais, tem seu produto entregue antes, se não, vc tem apenas das 17h - 18h para retirar. Sendo que cobram R$10 para fazer a entrega, independente da distância, dentro da própria cidade! Sabe... a famosa venda casada?! Pois bem... neste estabelecimento é assim! Espero nunca mais me ver refém deste serviço, visto a urgência médica que tive.

And they charge $ 10 for making the delivery, regardless of distance, within the city itself! You know ... the famous tying ?! Well ... this establishment is like that! I hope I never see me hostage of this service, as a medical emergency that had.

Mas na data de hoje estou decepcionadissima. O atendimento ON LINE pelo whats app é desrespeitoso pela vagarosidade. Você pode aguardar até 30 minutos e mesmo assim não ter bom atendimento. Estou aguardando dois remédios do coração de meu pet que é bem idosinho ... medicação de geladeira ... das 9 as 14... Resumindo... Péssimo se voce procura por algum remédio de extrema necessidade. Não tem zelo pelo cliente... Te deixam aguardando mesmo não interessa o caso. É bom terem o contato de outras farmácias e não só está.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela primeira vez me decepcionei com a Drogavet! Solicitei um orçamento e a pessoa que me atendeu passou número errado de cápsulas, só que só fui descobrir depois de pagar e também buscar, e recebi a justificativa que foi erro de digitação. Péssimo!
For the first time I was disappointed with Drogavet! I requested a quote and the person who answered me gave me the wrong number of capsules, but I only found out after paying and also looking for it, and I received the justification that it was a typing error. Terrible!
