★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessa drogaria tem um péssimo atendimento, no dia 16/02/2019 fui até essa drogaria e todos com cara de nojo e cancelei a venda no caixa por causa do tratamento ríspido ou será que sofri um caso de racismo. Mas fui então em outra drogaria SP da avenida Goiás e fui super bem atendido.Porém acho que desvia mandar embora essa turma da noite,pois são péssimos para lida com o público.
In this drugstore has a very poor service, on 02/16/2019 I went to this drugstore and everyone looked disgusted and canceled the sale in the box because of the harsh treatment or I suffered a case of racism. But I went to another drugstore SP of the Goiás avenue and I was very well attended. But I think that it distracts to send away this group of the night, because they are terrible to deal with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionária ou gerente, não sei qual a função, mas completamente despreparada para atender atender ao público, foi me chamar na rua insinuando que roubei o produto, sem ao menos averiguar que o produto se encontrava no mesmo lugar e estava na data de vencimento próxima, não havia como confundir, pois, só havia 1 unidade do produto. Voltei na prateleira e entreguei nas mãos dela e a mesma não se desculpou.
O fato de desistir de um produto porque não atendia minhas necessidades e sair de mãos vazias não significa que roubei. A rede deve exigir pessoas qualificadas para trabalhar em suas lojas.
Bad service, employee or manager, I don't know what the function, but completely unprepared to attend to the public, went to call me on the street, implying that I stole the product, without even finding out that the product was in the same place and was on the date of next maturity, there was no mistaking it, as there was only 1 product unit. I went back on the shelf and handed it to her and she didn't apologize.
The fact that I gave up on a product because it didn't meet my needs and left empty-handed doesn't mean I stole it. The chain must require qualified people to work in its stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi legal entrei na farmácia pq uma promoção de larvitam mulher me chamou atenção, fui muito bem atendida pela moça que estava no meio da loja e ela me explicou que eu ia levar 3 e pagar 2 estava saindo tudo por 35 reais tipo 17 e alguns centavos.qdo cheguei no caixa isso foi sexta-feira dia 16/11/2018 às 16 horas a caixa me perguntou muito seca quem foi que tinha me atendido e eu prontamente falei foi a menina, a caixa gritou fulana vem aqui, quem foi que tinha me dado aquela caixa com 3 aí a menina responde foi fulano que fez e pois para vender aí a caixa disse que tava errado que era somente 2 unidade, mas gente tinha vários kits montado. Eu me assustei pq não gosto de escandalos só queria comprar um produto que estava a venda. Aí a moça falou que não podia vender daquele jeito se eu ia querer ou nao. eu devia ter batido pé e ter levado a promoção de 3 mas pra evitar confusão peguei o meu dinheiro e fui embora muito chateada.porque não foi só eu que passei vergonha a moça que me atendeu tbm. Só quero deixar claro tem muita drogaria aberta prepare melhor seus funcionários e ensine bons modos a eles pq infelismente nao vou mais la.drogaria São Paulo da rua Manoel Coelho. It was not cool I went to the pharmacy because a woman's larvitam promotion caught my attention, I was very well attended by the girl who was in the middle of the store and she explained that I was going to take 3 and pay 2 it was all for 35 reais, type 17 and some centavos.qdo i got to the cashier it was friday 16/11/2018 at 4 pm the cashier asked me very dry who was the one who attended me and i promptly said it was the girl, the cashier screamed so-and-so come here, who was that had given me that box with 3 there the girl replies it was so and so because to sell there the box said it was wrong that it was only 2 units, but we had several kits assembled. I was scared because I don't like scandal I just wanted to buy a product that was for sale. Then the girl said she couldn't sell that way if I wanted to or not. I should have stomped my feet and taken the promotion of 3 but to avoid confusion I took my money and left very upset. Because it wasn't just me that embarrassed the girl who attended me too. I just want to make it clear that there are a lot of open drugstores, better prepare your employees and teach them good manners because unfortunately I will no longer go to São Paulo drugstore on Manoel Coelho street. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra pelo site e retirei na loja, tive que esperar uns 20 min. o pedido não estava na loja, e a farmacêutica estava muito ocupada, não tinha muitos funcionários, tem uma funcionária que trabalha no período da tarde que mal olha pra você.

Agora é 01:42h faço questão de parar para vir aqui deixar registrada minha experiência e após essa avaliação vou abrir uma reclamação sobre esse local no procon, segunda vez que me vendem um medicamento errado me garantindo que é a marca principal, primeiro que o medicamento que eu fui buscar era muito mais caro, ou seja é muito melhor para a farmácia, se ela não tivesse mentido eu estaria feliz e a drogaria lucraria quase 4 vezes em um único medicamento. Frequentei todas as unidades de São Caetano e o atendimento dessa unidade deixa a desejar em todos os aspectos é totalmente fora do padrão quando comparado as outras unidades, espero que façam minha troca.
