★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência decepcionante. Precisava de um teste de COVID para uma viagem e ontem eu, por segurança, liguei para a farmacêutica para confirmar que ela estaria lá no dia seguinte. Ela me confirmou que estaria. Fui até a farmácia após a ligação para confirmar que estava tudo certo e o/a farmacêutico (a) estaria lá, e me disseram que eu poderia ficar tranquilo pois estava tudo certo. Cheguei hoje e não tinha ninguém lá para fazer o teste. Uma farmácia sem farmacêutico, o que eu nem sei se é permitido por lei. Os funcionários me ajudaram e me encaminharam para outras farmácias, mas ainda assim acho um absurdo que o farmacêutico não estava presente
Disappointing experience. I needed a COVID test for a trip and yesterday I, just to be on the safe side, called the pharmacist to confirm that she would be there the next day. She confirmed to me that she would be. I went to the pharmacy after the call to confirm that everything was fine and the pharmacist would be there, and they told me I could rest assured that everything was fine. I arrived today and there was no one there to take the test. A pharmacy without a pharmacist, which I don't even know if it's allowed by law. The employees helped me and referred me to other pharmacies, but I still find it absurd that the pharmacist was not present

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, vim fazer o exame de covid e o farmacêutico e os atendentes informaram que só fariam mais 10 testes no dia (a farmácia é 24horas). Informaram que eu poderia agendar o teste para o dia seguinte, o que foi feito. Comprei o teste com antecedência e ao chegar no horário agendado, fui informado que não seguiriam os horários que os testes seriam por chegada. Um absurdo uma vez que fiquei em uma fila com mais de 20 pessoas com sintomas de covid e perdi a minha programação de trabalho remoto.
Terrible service, I came to take the covid test and the pharmacist and the attendants informed that they would only do 10 more tests a day (the pharmacy is 24 hours a day). They informed me that I could schedule the test for the next day, which was done. I bought the test in advance and when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was informed that they would not follow the times that the tests would be due to arrival. Nonsense since I stood in a queue with more than 20 people with covid symptoms and missed my remote work schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Única farmácia que tem teste de COVID. Os proprietários visam somente dinheiro. Em vê de marcar horário com as pessoas..recebem o dinheiro e deixam varias pessoas na fila em um ambiente fechado todos sem distanciamento, vários casos confirmados e o mesmo funcionário que analisa o caso positivo deixa a sala junto com o positivo e demora media 30 minutos com a pessoa preenchendo papel para saúde. Enquanto isso na fila e dentro da farmácia vários suspeitos de positivo e pessoas não positivas juntas na fila em ambiente fechado. O maior foco para pegar COVID é neste lugar não vão que vai ser pior. fora que ao desistir do meu procedimento de teste devido a demora o funcionário muito esperto não queria devolver meu dinheiro. Absurdo esse lugar deveria ser interditado até se adequar para fazer esse procedimento de testes de COVID
The only pharmacy that has a COVID test. Owners only aim for money. Instead of making appointments with people, they receive the money and leave several people in line in a closed environment, all without distancing, several confirmed cases and the same employee who analyzes the positive case leaves the room together with the positive and takes an average 30 minutes with the person filling out a health paper. Meanwhile, in the queue and inside the pharmacy, several suspected positive and non-positive people together in the queue indoors. The biggest focus to get COVID is in this place don't go it's going to be worse. other than that when I gave up on my test procedure due to the delay, the very smart employee didn't want to return my money. Absurdly, this place should be banned until it is suitable to perform this COVID testing procedure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A drogaria São Paulo dispensava tomada de preços na concorrência, pois sempre tinha o melhor preço. Hoje, com a explosão de farmácias na cidade já não recomendado comprar de pronto. A variação de preços entre as farmácias assusta. Mas o atendimento continua cordial e prestativo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via chat, watssap, enfim uma compra confirmada PG no cartão, na loja da independência q não foi entregue,ainda c dificuldade de cancelar a compra, não recomendo!! Recebi o pedido depois de exatamente 24hrs ,no dia seguinte depois de muita reclamação e ligações , delivery horrível e sem responsabilidade!! Atendimento ridículo de vcs!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abri um pedido pelo whatsapp antes das 10hs para que a entrega , que se inicia às 10hs , fosse logo uma das primeiras. Além da demora absurda para fechar o pedido no whatsapp, até o momento eu não recebi o pedido. Isso porque mencionei que precisava do Antibiótico devido ao horário. Serviço desprezível de atendimento. PÉSSIMO
