★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da loja já a algum tempo. Porém hoje o atendimento ficou a desejar.
Na minha ida à loja, no período da madrugada, pedi para que pagasse um pouco no dinheiro e o restante no cartão, a atendente errou no valor digitado no caixa e descarregou tudo em dinheiro. Ela chamou o “Matheus ou Marcos” (não me recordo) e ele disse que precisariam efetuar uma “troca” ao invés de simplesmente cancelar o cupom. Entretanto ele me pediu para que escreve-se todos os meus dados em um papel, disse que precisaria de todos os meus dados para efetuar a troca, tais como cpf, rg, endereço... E por questão de segurança eu não quis passar, ele não ficou muito satisfeito e fez uma cara de poucos amigos. Sabendo que não sou obrigada a passar os meus dados!
Então poderiam trocar o vosso sistema de “troca” que é assim como vocês chamam para “cancelamento de cupom”! Pois com todas essas informações (não digo que seja o caso dos vossos funcionários) mas caídas em mãos erradas pode se gerar sérios problemas!! Principalmente escrevendo em um papel e jogado ao lixo! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Atendimento telefônico, a primeira impressão que temos é que ligamos para uma creche e uma criança que atendeu, tudo tem que perguntar para alguém, NAO È POSSIVEL CONSEGUIR NENHUMA INFORMAÇAO POR TELEFONE. Realmente nao consigo entender como esta em funcionamento ainda!!!!

Funcionário Matheus sempre com cara de que o cliente está incomodando.
Lamentável uma rede de farmácias tão grande com funcionários assim.

Negado atendimento para uma simples injeção intramuscular de remédio simples, com receita médica para o meu nome completo, com carimbo , assinatura e nome do médico, TUDO CERTINHO, só porque a receita era de terça feira e hoje é domingo: PASMEM. RECEITA MÉDICA VENCE NESTA FARMÁCIA COM 2 DIAS!! Tentei argumentar mostrando que estava tudo certinho, que era um medicamento simples, BETAMETASONA, pra uma simples inflamação na sola do pé, mas os atendentes são SURDOS. Espero nunca precisar voltar a essa farmácia de m.... com seus procedimentos absurdos, e seus funcionários sem nenhuma sensibilidade ou empatia. Em tempo : droga raia e drogaria todo dia, a metros desta m... de drogaria Sao Paulo, faziam a aplicação sem problemas. Gostaria de saber onde está escrito tal regra? 2 dias e receita vence!! ABSURDO!!
Bad experience!! MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION WIN AT THIS PHARMACY WITH 2 DAYS!! I hope I never have to go back to that drugstore of s.... with its absurd procedures, and its employees without any sensitivity or empathy.
