Cheguei com dor no dente e me fizeram uma limpeza de qualquer forma e afirmaram que não existia a necessidade de nenhum tratamento... sendo que tenho 3 restaurações a serem feitas, motivo pelo qual meu dente está doendo inclusive. Triste pq talvez se fosse particular e não pelo plano, teriam se atentado. Fica a dica; não quer trabalhar com plano, não coloque a opção. Nunca mais!!! E ainda não recomendo, farei um destaque futuramente falando da minha experiência. Amanhã estou indo fazer em outra clinica o começo do meu tratamento, fico feliz que ainda exista gente que trabalhe com seriedade. Não adianta ter clinica bonita se não tem compromisso com os clientes.
Poor service. I arrived with pain in the tooth and they cleaned me anyway and said that there was no need for any treatment ... since I have 3 restorations to be done, which is why my tooth is hurting even. Sad because maybe if it were private and not by plan, they would have attacked. Here's the tip; do not want to work with a plan, do not put the option. Never!!! And I still don't recommend it, I will make a highlight in the future talking about my experience. Tomorrow I'm going to start my treatment at another clinic, I'm happy that there are still people who work seriously. There is no point in having a beautiful clinic if you are not committed to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a clínica remarca horário de consulta sem prévio aviso, a nova recepcionista é grossa não sabe trabalhar com público, claramente despreparada para a função, diferente da Rosana que era super gentil e educada.
Não recomendo a ninguém que não queira passar raiva.
Terrible service, the clinic reschedules consultation hours without prior notice, the new receptionist is rude and doesn't know how to work with the public, clearly unprepared for the job, unlike Rosana, who was super kind and polite.
I don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to be angry.
