★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente após um tempo sendo bem atendida, sinto que caiu muito a qualidade dos profissionais contratados no banho e tosa. Já erraram duas vezes a tosa nos meus cachorros e a última agora um voltou machucado na pata e o outro com uma coceira enorme na barriga e bem vermelha a pele. Mesmo a veterinária tendo atendido de prontidão. Me sinto decepcionada, pois não confio mais nos banhadores e tosadores do local. Preferia quando a própria dona fazia o banho. Infelizmente perdeu 3 clientes, eu, minha mãe e minha amiga.
Unfortunately after a while being well attended, I feel that the quality of the professionals hired in the bath and grooming has dropped a lot. My dogs have already been shorn twice and the last one now came back bruised on the paw and the other with a huge itch in the belly and very red skin. Even though the vet answered promptly. I feel disappointed because I no longer trust the local bathers and groomers. He preferred it when the owner herself bathed. Unfortunately he lost 3 clients, me, my mom and my friend.
