Excellent service, the clothes come very well ironed and most importantly, remove and deliver at home. The social shirts look new after they have been washed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa unidade é terrível extremamente antiprofissional! Acho que falta alguém com olho de dono de verdade pra arrumar a bagunça que é o serviço dela!
Assinei 2 meses com eles e não houve uma única semana que não me trouxe dor de cabeça! Toda semana eu avisava no whatsapp que havia deixado a roupa na portaria para coleta, eles confirmavam que iam pegar e quando eu chegava do trabalho a minha sacola continuava lá! Nem pra avisar que não iam buscar eles se davam o trabalho! Falavam que iam buscar no dia seguinte e mesmo assim não apareciam!
A entrega também é extremamente descompromissada, dizem que retornam a roupa na semana seguinte mas a verdade é que retornam quando bem querem e, dificilmente, é no mesmo dia da semana seguinte!
Pra finalizar me levaram 3 bolsas daquelas boas e retornáveis de supermercado na cara dura e não devolveram! Tive que passar a colocar minhas roupas em sacolas de plástico convencional com medo de me levarem mais bolsas!
E não adianta reclamar no whatsapp, vc fala, fala, fala e eles pedem perdão mas na semana seguinte continuam a te tratar como lixo!
Terrível o serviço estou pensando seriamente em entrar na justiça pelo descaso e o stress gerado! Um serviço que era para facilitar a vida acabou se tornando um baita de um estorvo!
Roubaram minhas bolsas, mentiam quanto a quando iriam buscar as roupas, não informavam quando descumpriram o que era previamente acordado e repetidamente tive que usar roupas sujas para trabalhar pois as que haviam sido recolhidas não haviam sido retornadas na data prevista...
De verdade, LAMENTÁVEL...
This unit is terrible and extremely unprofessional! I think there's someone with a real owner's eye to clean up the mess that is her job!
I signed 2 months with them and there wasn't a single week that didn't give me a headache! Every week I told them on whatsapp that I had left my clothes at the reception for collection, they confirmed that they would pick up and when I got home from work my bag was still there! Not even to let them know they weren't going to get them if they took the trouble! They said they were going to get it the next day and even so they didn't show up!
Delivery is also extremely uncompromised, they say they return their clothes the following week but the truth is that they return when they want and, hardly, it is on the same day of the following week!
To finish, they took me 3 bags of those good and returnable supermarkets in my face and they didn't return them! I had to put my clothes in conventional plastic bags for fear of taking more bags!
And it's no use complaining on whatsapp, you talk, talk, talk and they ask for forgiveness but the following week they continue to treat you like garbage!
Terrible service I'm seriously thinking about going to court for the neglect and stress generated! A service that was supposed to make life easier turned out to be a hell of a nuisance!
They stole my bags, lied about when they would pick up the clothes, did not inform when they did not comply with what was previously agreed and I had to repeatedly wear dirty clothes to work because those that had been collected had not been returned on time...
Really, DESIRED...

Por duas vezes fui lesado por eles. A primeira vez não cumpriram com o prazo de lavagem de uma peça para um casamento e não tiveram a dignidade de avisar (tive que comprar outra no dia). O dono após o ocorrido me ligou pedindo desculpas formalmente e disse para dar um voto de confiança ao estabelecimento.
Na segunda vez, fechei um pacote e mandei TODAS as minhas roupas de trabalho para ficarem pontas pré retorno de festas de final de ano e novamente não cumpriram com o prazo. Dessa vez inclusive com o dono sem atender ou dar um posicionamento formal. Descaso dos colaboradores refletindo a própria falta de compromisso do dono.
Essas são minhas 2 ÚNICAS e últimas experiências.
Worst experience I've had in my life with a laundry.
Twice I was wronged by them. The first time they didn't meet the deadline for washing a piece for a wedding and didn't have the dignity to tell them (I had to buy another one that day). The owner after the incident called me formally apologizing and told me to give the establishment a vote of confidence.
The second time, I closed a package and sent ALL my work clothes to be chopped up before returning from the end of the year parties and again they didn't meet the deadline. This time even with the owner without attending or giving a formal position. Collaborators' neglect reflecting the owner's own lack of commitment.
These are my ONLY 2 and last experiences.
