★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. As pessoas nem olham na sua cara e já querem fazer "cadastro". Fora a má vontade pra ver qual era o problema da roupa. Entrei e saí, não volto mais.
Poor service. People do not even look at you and they already want to register. It was the unwillingness to see what the problem was with the clothes. I went in and out, never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Pedi para retirarem dois edredons em casa e a moça só faltou me xingar. Fui até o local, reclamei e ganhei mais nariz empinado. Sorte da empresa que a oferta de lavanderias na região é pífia - se não, o lugar já teria ido à falência.
Terrible attendance. I asked to remove two comforters at home and the girl just needed to curse me. I went to the place, complained and got more sticky noses. Lucky for the company, the offer of laundries in the region is poor - if not, the place would have gone bankrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma lavanderia com uma relação custo/benefício boa. Não lavo peças com frequência, somente edredons e peças maiores então a minha experiência é limitada. Apesar de ser uma marca grande o ambiente é bem "do bairro", o que traz um aconchego quando você é recebido.
It is a laundry with a good cost / benefit ratio. I don't wash parts often, only comforters and larger pieces so my experience is limited. Despite being a big brand, the atmosphere is very "from the neighborhood", which brings a warmth when you are received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar que presta bom serviço a preço justo. Correria habitual de toda lavanderia. Numa lavagem acabaram manchando minha roupa mas fui devidamente recompensado.
Place that provides good service at fair price. Usual rush of all laundry. In a wash they eventually stained my clothes but I was properly rewarded.
