Mandei um Edredom Queem para ser lavado depois de ter usado no inverno...estava bem sujo, devido te-lo usado por ums 3 meses.
Bom... voltou dentro do saco e pensei eu : deve estar bem limpinho e cheiroso.
Que decepção o Edredom estava da mesma forma que mandei.
I gave a single star for the slutty they did to me.
I sent a Queem Duvet to be washed after using it in the winter ... it was very dirty, because I used it for 3 months.
Well ... it came back in the bag and I thought: it must be very clean and smelling.
What a disappointment the comforter was in the same way I sent it.

Excellent option for those who don't have time. It pays to opt for a monthly package, it's much cheaper than keeping a diarist (in addition to not having to draw people's attention because of the quality of the service at home). Very professional and punctual staff. Great quality. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É ruim, todas as vz que utilizamos os serviços dessa lavanderia , tanto em roupas como tapetes e cobertores, as peças voltaram mau lavadas, encardidas, tivemos que devolver pra lavarem novamente...
E o mais absurdo é que ao colocarem a peça no balcão, embalada, eu perguntei se realmente estava lavado, pq dava pra ver claramente uma faixa de sujeira no cobertor que era rosa, vergonhoso...

And the most absurd thing is that when they put the piece on the counter, wrapped, I asked if it was really washed, because I could clearly see a strip of dirt on the blanket that was pink, shameful...
