Get away from this place. They gave me a huge loss with a very expensive carpet and they don't have insurance (or they don't want to use it and they're telling me they don't have ...).

I took two duvets to wash and paid to have them delivered to me at home. They gave me a deadline and didn't meet it. I haven't received it yet and they don't answer my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam dessa lavanderia!!! O prazo de entrega já é demorado mas ainda assim não cumprem com a data marcada! Fui presencialmente no lugar e a atendente não sabia me informar sobre NADA e estava totalmente perdida. Uma vez que meu edredom chegou em casa, foram muito rápidos pra ficar enviando mensagem no WhatsApp cobrando pagamento!!! Que eu ainda não tinha efetuado por culpa deles mesmos! Que falaram que iam enviar um link pra pagamento que nunca chegou. En fim, só transtorno! Tem melhores!
Run away from that laundry!!! The delivery time is already long but they still don't meet the scheduled date! I went in person at the place and the attendant could not inform me about ANYTHING and was totally lost. Once my duvet arrived at home, they were very quick to be sending a message on WhatsApp charging payment!!! That I still hadn't done because of them! Who said they were going to send a link for payment that never arrived. Anyway, just inconvenience! There are better ones!
