★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia da instalação, após testarmos a velocidade, estava tudo ok, dentro da velocidade contratada; no entanto, a partir do dia seguinte, nunca mais entregaram a velocidade contratada. Sempre que ligo, a desculpa é a mesma, estão verificando e nunca resolvem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pior internet da região. E não só por não entregar nem um terço do que contratamos, mas o atendimento é ainda pior. A internet sempre cai e até ontem, estava sendo totalmente compreensível, mas são horas esperando um atendimento por telefone para solicitar uma visita de um técnico, que não veio. O mais difícil é que é tudo incerto para o cliente, ao invés de pedirem alguns dias para resolverem o problema, disseram que as 15 horas de ontem ( 8.02) o técnico viria avaliar e nada dele até agora (24 horas depois). Recomendo pra quem gosta de passar raiva.
Horrible, worst internet in the region. And not only for not delivering even a third of what we contracted, but the service is even worse. The internet always drops and until yesterday, it was being totally understandable, but there are hours waiting for a phone call to request a visit from a technician, who didn't come. The most difficult thing is that everything is uncertain for the customer, instead of asking for a few days to solve the problem, they said that at 3 pm yesterday (8.02) the technician would come to evaluate and nothing from him until now (24 hours later). I recommend it to anyone who likes to be angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é boa e tem velocidade suficiente de acordo com o plano. porém agum outro provedor de internet sabotou a minha linha, entretanto ao comunicar com a assistência técnica da minha situação a empresa parece ter feito vista grossa quanto ao meu problema, o setor de administração da empresa tem que ser mais responsável. Isso pode fazer muitos clientes migrarem pra outra concorrente; ao longo de 3 dias de espera veio a solução com um profissional super competente e tudo foi resolvido.
The internet is good and has enough speed according to the plan. but some other internet provider sabotaged my line, however when communicating with the technical assistance of my situation the company seems to have turned a blind eye to my problem, the company's administration sector has to be more responsible. This can make many customers migrate to another competitor; over 3 days of waiting, the solution came with a super competent professional and everything was resolved.
