★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso a internet há alguns meses, a internet é ótima, mas, o atendimento é o pior que já tive!! Não têm consideração pelo cliente, nem se quer pedem desculpa após uma reclamação. Já ocorreu em que eu liguei mais de 20 vezes em um único dia e não fui atendida! E já teve atendente que falou grosseiramente comigo. Fico indignada, só não cancelo porque tem um contrato de 12 meses.
I've been using the internet for a few months, the internet is great, but the service is the worst I've ever had !! They have no regard for the customer, nor do they even apologize after a complaint. It has already happened that I called more than 20 times in a single day and was not answered! And there was an attendant who spoke rudely to me. I am outraged, I just don't cancel because I have a 12 month contract.
