★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A justificativa da minha nota ser 2 é apenas pelo trabalho na bike que foi resolvido, se não seria 1 pois me senti mal dentro da loja pela falta de profissionalismo em lidar com uma situação, fui retirar a minha bike e o pagamento foi negado, tudo bem, falei que voltaria depois para retirar, pois voltei, tentei passar o cartão, não foi, nisso o cara já demorou pra tentar novamente, não sei se o cara estava desconfiado de algo, não sei se o que eu gastei na bicicletaria foi pouco para n me tratar como um cliente comum. Voltei lá, aconteceu novamente o que eu n esperava, me confundi no cartão, e acabou dando errado novamente, senti um desdenho da parte do atendente, falei que voltaria daqui a pouco e ele nem olhou na minha cara, mexendo no celular, e me ignorando, n falou "tudo bem, volte daqui a pouco, não se preocupe" ou algo do tipo, me deu a impressão de uma má vontade muito grande de me atender e que só ligam pra dinheiro, tipo "não vi dinheiro, então não vou dar atenção a esse cara" voltei, paguei e sai da bicicletaria com vontade de nunca mais voltar lá. Eu não perco tempo fazendo esse tipo de avaliação, mas dessa vez senti a necessidade, pois realmente me senti julgado, espero que levem como uma critica e não façam isso com outro cliente.

I went back there, it happened again what I expected, I got confused on the card, and it ended up going wrong again, I felt a disdain on the part of the attendant, I said that I would be back in a little while and he didn't even look at my face, touching the cell phone, and me ignoring it, n said "okay, come back soon, don't worry" or something like that, it gave me the impression of a very bad will to serve me and they only call money, like "I didn't see money, so no I will pay attention to this guy "I came back, paid and left the bike shop wanting to never go back there. I don't waste time doing this type of evaluation, but this time I felt the need, because I really felt judged, I hope they take it as a criticism and don't do it with another client.
