★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei em 27/12 um cortador de legumes, tamanho médio, e um mandolim. Não me adaptei ao cortador de legumes. Achei que preciso imprimir muita força para prensar o alimento. Solicitei trocar o cortador de legumes pelo tamanho pequeno. Não estão autorizando, alegando não ser permitida troca. Meus contatos ocorreram em 4/01 e 6/01, pouquíssimo tempo após a data da compra (27/12). Não fui alertada quanto à impossibilidade de troca. Não concordo com a postura da loja em não alertar o consumidor no ato da compra.
 27/12 bought in one vegetable cutter, middle size, and mandolin. I did not adapt to the vegetable cutter. I thought I need to print a lot of force to press food. I requested to change the vegetable cutter by small size. they are not authorizing, claiming not be allowed return. My contacts occurred in 4/01 and 6/01, a short time after the date of purchase (27/12). I was not warned about the exchange impossibility. I disagree with the store's stance not to alert the consumer upon purchase.

Abri uma reclamação no reclame aqui, pela falta de retorno da empresa, venho solicitando a troca do meu produto faz meses e nada. Vi varias outras reclamações umas até bem antigas há meses, eles se quer respondem. Não recomendo.
Terrible, neglect with the client. After sales does not exist.
I filed a complaint in the complaint here, for the lack of return from the company, I have been requesting the exchange of my product for months and nothing. I saw several other complaints, some even quite old for months, they want to answer. I do not recommend.

Venderam minha mercadoria depois que eu comprei e na hora de repor tentaram me vender entregar algo bem inferior, estou a 1 mês tentando receber o dinheiro de volta e eles tentaram de todas formar se dar bem na situação !!!Mais tive q contratar um advogado p tomar partido é só os e depois de muita dedicação e stress prometeram depositar , porém ainda não recebi nem a mercadoria e nem o dinheiro !
Terrible! I had problems ! They sold my merchandise after I bought it and when it was time to replace it, they tried to sell me something much inferior, I'm 1 month trying to get the money back and they tried in every way to get along in the situation!!! But I had to hire a lawyer p is just taking sides and after a lot of dedication and stress, they promised to deposit, but I still haven't received either the merchandise or the money!

bad service, if something went wrong they send you to solve it with the manufacturer, I made two purchases at the store, the first one came wrong and the second was a stainless steel table that came all dented, they sent me to solve it with the manufacturer!?
