★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parts service was very good, fast and efficient. I'm not overly impressed with the service department. They seem very much over priced, saying this is because they use genuine parts, not so convinced as the car goes there to replace genuine parts that have fail. Also things like brake pads and other consumable parts are not made by Renault in the first place. I have been disappointed, by them either telling my wife parts need replacing, when they don't. For example they told her to change the front brake pads at 10,000k service, the set they fitted lasted 40,000. Strange.
Car sales, not to bad, but like all car sales they want to pressure you to sign the paper as fast as they can.
