No dia agendado me deparei com a porta fechada da loja com um recado que está fechado e entrar em contato no número de Whatsapp. Liguei neste número mas ninguém me atendeu assim mandei mensagem mas não obtive resposta. Voltei pra casa e quando já era final do dia mandei uma nova mensagem, pois vi que estavam ON LINE, aí me informam que a pessoa tá na loja me aguardando e justo o horário que eu tinha ligado era o momento que a pessoa estava indo para loja sic me informaram, ao menos poderia me avisar. Achei uma falta de respeito e compromisso com cliente. Espero que não aconteça com mais ninguém e melhora a prestação dos serviços oferecidos a população.
I recently purchased a dress and was scheduled for a dressmaker to fix it. On the scheduled day I came across the closed door of the store with a message that is closed and contacting the Whatsapp number. I called this number but no one answered so I sent a message but got no answer. I returned home and when it was late in the day I sent a new message, because I saw that they were ON LINE, then they inform me that the person is at the store waiting for me and just the time I had called was the time that the person was going to sic store informed me, at least you could let me know. I found a lack of respect and commitment to the client. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else and improves the provision of services offered to the population.
