Without a doubt, the best hamburger I've ever eaten in Rio de Janeiro. Amazing! Both the vegetarian and the carnivore. Potatoes + sauces are excellent.

Cada ingrediente devidamente pensado para acomodar o mais exigente dos exigentes. Juro, comi um, comeria 2 e já quero 4. Não comer um desses antes de morrer é simplesmente PECADO.
Não irão se arrepender, podem comprar sem medo que a satisfação é garantida!! Um hamburguer de respeito, que não perde em nada para os concorrentes, pelo contrário, ele GANHA DE LAVADA.
Já estou aqui pedindo mais um. podem comprar, em poucos meses vai dobrar o preço de tão bom porque está muito baratooo pelo sabor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houve uma enorme demora na entrega dos pedidos, + de 2hrs. A casa, no dia seguinte, entrou em contato para se desculpar e disse que houve um imprevisto. Infelizmente não chegou quente e nem se atentaram com as observações do pedido.
There was a huge delay in the delivery of orders, + 2hrs. The house, the next day, got in touch to apologize and said there was an unforeseen event. Unfortunately it didn't arrive hot and they didn't even pay attention to the order notes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um hamburguer no delivery (o mais caro), veio o sabor errado (mais simples). Mandei foto, duvidaram que estava errado, decidi comer o que veio pois já era tarde e queria dormir. O que me deram foi um desconto de 30% no pedido de um próximo hamburguer, pois era o valor da diferença dos ingredientes entre o que eu pedi e o que veio. Disseram que a unica maneira de me mandar o hamburguer certo era se eu devolvesse o primeiro hamburguer que veio errado. Conclusão: experiência ruim com o serviço e atendimento. Não arredaram o pé, pensaram na vírgula do dinheiro e não em dar a melhor experiência para o cliente.
I ordered a hamburger on delivery (the most expensive), the wrong flavor came (simplest). I sent a photo, they doubted it was wrong, I decided to eat what came because it was late and I wanted to sleep. What they gave me was a 30% discount when ordering a next hamburger, as it was the difference in ingredients between what I ordered and what came. They said the only way they could send me the right hamburger was if I returned the first hamburger that came wrong. Conclusion: bad experience with the service and care. They didn't budge, they thought about the money comma and not about giving the best experience to the customer.
