Desrespeito total ao cliente, tive de sair de Santíssimo e ir na loja pessoalmente.
Phone only calls, wpp takes hours to answer! I managed to talk to Michely who gave me the following answer: “You really have to wait!” As soon as we can we will reply…..
Total disrespect for the customer, I had to leave Santissimo and go to the store in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles danificaram o meu cárter, perdi metade do óleo, quando cheguei lá para fazer a troca do óleo com o filtro o cárter estava perfeito sem nem um vazamento, só foi tempo de chegar em casa e ver o prejuízo eles não se responsabilizam por qualquer problema que eles causarem em seu veículo tive que comprar um cárter novo sem contar a arrogância do dono do estabelecimento nota zero.
They damaged my crankcase, I lost half the oil, when I got there to change the oil with the filter the crankcase was perfect without even a leak, it was just time to get home and see the damage they are not responsible for any problem that they cause in your vehicle I had to buy a new crankcase not to mention the arrogance of the owner of the zero grade establishment.
