Não colocou nada do combinado, mesa vazia, não estava pronta no horário, ítens despencando do painel. E no final mandou eu ir procurar mes direitos... Fácil né, ela já tinha recebido 100% do valor! Cuidado quando forem contratar, perguntem se ela tem mais festa no mesmo dia, se tem equipe suficiente pra montar tudo e vá até o local pra conferir o que está sendo colocado!!! Gostaria de ter sido alertada sobre tudo isso. Estrelas no Google nem sempre significa um bom serviço, muito menos indicação.
Bad experience!! I paid 3 thousand reais for a birthday decoration that did not fulfill what I asked for!! Didn't put anything in the deal, empty table, wasn't ready on time, items falling off the panel. And in the end she told me to go look for my rights... Easy, right, she had already received 100% of the amount! Be careful when hiring, ask if she has more parties on the same day, if she has enough staff to assemble everything and go to the place to check what is being placed!!! I wish I had been warned about all this. Stars on Google doesn't always mean good service, let alone referrals.
