★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei várias coisas para fazer o aniversário da minha mãe de 59 anos. Eu falei com o pessoal pelo WhatsApp e foram super receptivos e ai resolvi ir até a loja. Comprei decoração, algumas formas, balões e etc. Comprei dois balões com os números 59 e me deram números de tamanhos diferentes e no calor do momento momento, eu não percebi e nem fui comunicada que isso poderia dar diferença na hora. Até aí ok. No dia da festa o balão de número 5 estava furado, entrei em contato com a loja, mandei fotos e eles não falaram nada e quando pedi uma solução disseram que trocariam SE eu fosse até a loja. Como eu poderia sair da festa da minha mãe pra ir trocar um balão?
Em momento nenhum falaram que poderiam entregar já que o erro não foi meu e sim um problema do balão que me foi vendido.
Falei sobre devolverem o valor já que eu não usaria somente um balão solto e eles disseram que devolveriam apenas o valor do balão furado.
Resumindo, 0 consideração. Atendimento falhou grande no pós venda com o cliente. Fiquei decepcionada. Era uma loja que eu compraria mais vezes só que agora eu NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM pelo simples fato de não terem feito nada para sanar o problema que eu tive.
I bought several things for my mother's 59th birthday. I spoke to the staff through WhatsApp and they were super receptive and then I decided to go to the store. I bought decorations, some shapes, balloons and so on. I bought two balloons with the numbers 59 and they gave me numbers of different sizes and in the heat of the moment, I didn't realize or was told that this could make a difference at the time. Until then ok. On the day of the party, balloon number 5 was punctured, I contacted the store, I sent photos and they didn't say anything and when I asked for a solution they said they would change it IF I went to the store. How could I leave my mom's party to change a balloon?
At no time did they say that they could deliver as the error was not mine but a problem with the balloon that was sold to me.
I talked about returning the value since I would not only use a loose balloon and they said they would only return the value of the punctured balloon.
In short, 0 consideration. Great service failed in the after-sales with the customer. I was disappointed. It was a store that I would buy more often but now I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE for the simple fact that they didn't do anything to remedy the problem I had.
