★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Espero nunca mais precisar voltar nessa loja! Muitas dificuldades para trocar uma peça de roupa infantil... má vontade por parte das meninas do balcão. Roupa de frio apenas pode ser trocada por outra roupa de frio, ainda que não haja opções de modelo com a mudança da estação. Nunca vi isso. Depois de muito custo, permitiram que eu fizesse a troca por uma outra peça de frio que custava o dobro da que troquei. E, para minha surpresa, a responsável pelo caixa não considerou o valor final da peça originariamente comprada, cobrando a diferença das peças e também um acréscimo (de um valor a mais que já havia sido pago). Me senti assaltada. Fiquem espertos na hora do pagamento. Ridículo, sai de lá com mal estar. Não recomendarei a amigos e familiares. Em frente a essa loja, do outro lado da avenida, há uma outra loja no mesmo seguimento de roupas infantil, mil vezes melhor em atendimento e preço, fica a dica! Detalhe: no mesmo dia, precisei trocar uma outra peça de roupa nessa loja da frente e conseguimos trocar sem problemas, seja por roupa de frio ou calor, ou o que eu quisesse e foi considerado o valor correto para abatimento!!! Não recomendo a Dudily!
Terrible attendance. I hope I never have to go back to that store again! Many difficulties in changing a piece of children's clothing ... unwillingness on the part of the girls at the counter. Cold clothing can only be exchanged for other cold clothing, although there are no model options with the change of season. I never saw that. After much cost, they allowed me to exchange it for another piece of cold that cost twice as much as the one I exchanged. And, to my surprise, the person in charge of the cashier did not consider the final value of the part originally purchased, charging the difference of the parts and also an increase (of an additional amount that had already been paid). I felt assaulted. Be smart when paying. Ridiculous, get out of there feeling unwell. I will not recommend it to friends and family. In front of this store, on the other side of the avenue, there is another store in the same segment of children's clothing, a thousand times better in terms of service and price, here's the tip! Detail: on the same day, I had to change another piece of clothing in this store in the front and we were able to exchange it without any problems, either for cold or warm clothing, or whatever I wanted and it was considered the correct amount for discount !!! I don't recommend Dudily!
