Poor service, they don't let you know if the snack will take, 1h and 30 to wait for a snack to come out.

Despite the long waiting time, the hamburger was quite surprising for its flavor. I strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo ! Infelizmente marcaram negativamente no dia Maia importante: no aniversário de 70 anos meu pai pediu para sair e ir comer um sanduíche! Chegamos as 20h..fizemos o pedido e esperamos mais de 1h de relógio…agora são 22:04 e estamos aqui, na mesa, cansados, com fome e o pior é ver meu pai decepcionado e chateado. Moral da história? Se vc vai participar de um evento local “blend”, tem delivery para atender, um salão cheio de gente (assim estava, no momento somos nós e mais 5 mesas ) tenham a decência de informar aos clientes ANTES de fazer o pedido que a demanda aumentou, tenham a DECÊNCIA de informar mais do que “demorar” que não são 4 pedaços de sushis cordialmente disponibilizados que vai infelizmente tirar a chateação, frustração de termos um momento legal em família.
Terrible service! Unfortunately they marked negatively on the important Mayan day: on his 70th birthday my father asked me to go out and eat a sandwich! We arrived at 20h..we ordered and waited more than 1h by clock…now it's 22:04 and we're here, at the table, tired, hungry and the worst thing is to see my father disappointed and upset. Moral of the story? If you are going to participate in a local “blend” event, you have delivery to attend, a room full of people (that's how it was, at the moment it's us and 5 more tables) please have the decency to inform customers BEFORE placing the order that the demand increased, have the DECENCE of informing more than “delay” that there are not 4 pieces of sushi cordially available, which will unfortunately take away the annoyance, frustration of having a nice time with the family.

I didn't have a good experience here. They didn't even bring my order when I received my full food. My burger wasn't even hot anymore. It was not a good experience for me, unfortunately.
