★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro para uma avaliação e dois mecânicos discutiram entre si, na minha frente, porque não queriam fazer o serviço. Recusaram-se e deram a desculpa do tempo, sem nem ao menos perguntar minha disponibilidade. Foi vergonhoso e lastimável o tratamento que recebi.
 I took my car for an evaluation and two mechanics argued among themselves, in front of me, because they didn't want to do the job. They refused and gave the excuse of time, without even asking for my availability. The treatment I received was shameful and pitiful.

Fiquei muito decepcionada com a qualidade do serviço. Tive que deixar meu carro na oficina por mais alguns dias, para refazerem o serviço.
Porém, após o serviço refeito (ficou esteticamente aceitável), começou entrar água. Novamente deixei o carro na oficina.
Não conseguiram consertar o problema que causaram! Continua entrando água no porta malas.
Não volto mais pra Duque Pneus!
(Também, me deram um orçamento de r$ 400 pra trocar o mangote do radiador, e ainda paguei pelo orçamento!! Levei em outra oficina onde o serviço de qualidade foi r$50.)
Expensive and low quality service!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the service. I had to leave my car at the garage for a few more days to get the job done.
However, after the service was redone (it became aesthetically acceptable), water started to enter. Again I left the car at the garage.
They were unable to fix the problem they caused! Water keeps pouring into the trunk.
I'm not going back to Duque Pneus!
(Also, I was given a budget of R $ 400 to change the radiator hose, and even paid for the budget !! I took it to another workshop where the quality service was R $ 50.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A marcha 4 do meu carro estava com problema, porém, rodava tranquilamente, me propuseram um diagnóstico "sem compromisso", e para consertar foi 5 mil reais, mandei colocar de volta pois não tinha dinheiro naquele momento, então me falaram que não tinha mais como colocar as peças de volta na caixa de marcha, ou seja, fui obrigado a aceitar o serviço, e paguei caro só pra isso, sendo que nem tinha tanta urgência pois o carro funcionava, fiquei com meu carro parado praticamente 2 meses. Tomem cuidado com auto center, mecânicos ganham um salário e ficam jogando problema pra ganhar comissão.
The 4th gear of my car had a problem, however, it was running smoothly, they proposed a "no commitment" diagnosis, and to fix it it was 5,000 reais, I had it put back because I had no money at the time, so they told me I had no more. how to put the parts back in the gearbox, in other words, I was forced to accept the service, and I paid dearly just for that, and I wasn't so urgent because the car worked, I had my car stopped for almost 2 months. Be careful with the auto center, mechanics earn a salary and are playing trouble to earn commission.
