Hoje, dia 5/2/2022, pleno sábado, eu tinha hora marcada e fiquei sem fazer minha unha porque só havia uma única manicure e nenhuma outra para substituir a faltosa. O Dukiko poderia usar o mesmo esquema de antes para não deixar a cliente em mãos, ou melhor sem a mão feita. No mais tudo funciona bem. Gosto e aconselho.
Um adendo:
Depois que a Rose, da recepção, foi obrigada a se ausentar por motivo de saúde, a RECEPÇÃO está muito mal representada. Há uma única pessoa que tem má vontade de marcar horário, inclusive para clientes antigos.
Francisco e Eduardo poderiam dar um jeitinho. Tem a Nilde e a Patricia que cobrem a segunda-feira com toda atenção. Urge que tenha funcionários que atendam bem, tanto os clientes quanto os colegas de trabalho. Recepcionista que espanta o cliente não dá certo!
For some time now, when a manicure is missing, there is no replacement. Today, 5/2/2022, full Saturday, I had an appointment and I didn't have my nail done because there was only one manicure and no other to replace the missing one. Dukiko could use the same scheme as before in order not to leave the client in hands, or rather without a done hand. Over all everything works fine. I like and advise.
An addendum:
After Rose from reception was forced to leave for health reasons, RECEPTION is very poorly represented. There is only one person who is unwilling to make an appointment, even for old customers.
Francisco and Eduardo could do something about it. There's Nilde and Patricia who cover Monday with all their attention. It is urgent that you have employees who serve well, both customers and co-workers. Receptionist who scare away the customer doesn't work!
