★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerente sem educação, arrogante. Comprei uma caixa termica, produto estava lacrado. Quando cheguei em casa e abri a embalagem vi que estava quebrado. Meu esposo retornou na loja para trocar o produto e o comportamento da gerente foi desnecessário. A obrigação de conferir a perfeição do produto é da empresa!!
Uneducated, arrogant manager. I bought a thermal box, the product was sealed. When I got home and opened the package I saw that it was broken. My husband returned to the store to change the product and the manager's behavior was unnecessary. The company is obliged to check the perfection of the product!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente nunca mais volto nesse lugar, horrível.Pedi ajuda pra moça que estava no balcão porém ela só me ignorou e ficou no celular e pra melhorar o moreninho do caixa, sem vontade de trabalhar e super grosso, só comprei o que eu peguei pois estava precisando, se não eu deixava de lado.Gostava muito da Duli, fazia um tempo que eu não ia à loja, dessa vez so arrependimento.
Honestly, I will never go back to this place, horrible. I asked the girl at the counter for help, but she just ignored me and stayed on her cell phone and to improve the little brown person at the cashier, unwilling to work and super thick, I only bought what I took because I was needing it, otherwise I would put it aside. I liked Duli a lot, I hadn't been to the store for a while, this time I only regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje comprar com a família, como era um amigo secreto e eram meus filhos todos juntos e eu teria que pagar junto, pedi para a moça do caixa ir deixando num lado os presentes e cobrir com as sacolas até que fosse passando um por um para que os demais não vissem que presente o outro havia escolhido, a moça retirou tudo com muita raiva da sacola e disse q não poderia fazer isso (mesmo a loja estando praticamente vazia), eu disse q se ela quisesse poderia já q não iria atrapalhar em nada o seu trabalho, ela foi cada vez mais grossa e mal educada....resultado, saímos sem comprar, fomos no shopping nota 10, as atendentes compreenderam e entraram no "jogo", super simpáticas e educadas, gastamos todo nosso dinheiro com satisfação!
