Já comprei vários carros nos últimos seis anos sempre com sucesso.

A atendente Elaine atende de pronto (o telefone não toca 2 vezes), a balconista de peças, Paula, idem. O atendimento sempre cortês. O preço das peças bem mais em conta que em Recife. Dica: faça o pedido e pegue uma carona usando o aplicativo de mobilidade BlaBlaCar para trazer a peça. Atendimento completamente diferente das três lojas Pigalle de Recife, onde o atendimento é péssimo e a central eletrônica te deixa esperando minutos (bote minutos nisso). sempre que precisar já sei a quem recorrer. Parabéns a equipe!
I have never been in person because I am from Recife, but I feel totally comfortable coming here to report my experience, which was over the phone, however no less pleasurable. The attendant Elaine answers immediately (the phone does not ring twice), the parts clerk, Paula, ditto. The service is always courteous. The price of the pieces is much more affordable than in Recife. Tip: Order and hitch a ride using the BlaBlaCar mobility app to bring the part. Completely different service from the three Pigalle stores in Recife, where the service is terrible and the electronic central keeps you waiting for minutes (put minutes on that). whenever I need, I already know who to turn to. Congratulations to the team!
