Decepcionado!
My poor father has a Shadow 600 in that workshop for 70 days. And the workshop cannot solve the problem.

Bad guarantee of good service. They say an estimate but they roll you up when they want to. They put my bike last and it doesn't solve anything. I do not recommend. Never come back

Mecânicos mega capacitados, em especial gostaria de citar o mecânico Isael, cara super atencioso e o recepcionista Daniel que está sempre de prontidão para tirar qualquer dúvida. Enfim, quem tiver dúvida, confiem sem medo.
I became a loyal customer, I'm already on the second bike that I only do my services at Dupaiva. Mega trained mechanics, in particular I would like to quote mechanic Isael, super attentive guy and receptionist Daniel who is always ready to answer any questions. Anyway, whoever has doubts, trust without fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina fake !! Divulgão serviços que não fazem. Sai da aldeota pra alinhar e balancear e quando cheguei informaram que não tinham as máquinas e pior disseram que eu podia deixar que eles levavam na borracharia, vê se pode ! Minha moto é uma NC750x da Honda 2021.
Fake workshop !! They disclose services they don't do. I left the village to align and balance and when I arrived they said they didn't have the machines and worse said that I could let them take them to the tire shop, see if you can! My motorcycle is a Honda 2021 NC750x.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um serviço nessa oficina, além de cobrar caro pelo serviços feitos o dono se achou no direito de ir embora, fechar a final e não cobrir prazo de garantia de ninguém. Fiz um serviço de montagem, acertamento de válvula, carburador e mais algumas revisões, está com um mês e a moto já apresenta diversas alterações no seu funcionamento.
Entrei em contato e só fui informado que fechou.
I did a service in this workshop, in addition to charging dearly for the services done, the owner felt he had the right to leave, close the final and not cover anyone's warranty period. I did an assembly service, valve adjustment, carburetor and some more revisions, it's a month old and the bike already has several changes in its functioning.
I got in touch and was only informed that it closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou 5 estrelas pq é longe da minha casa. Mas a estrutura do local é espetacular! Nota 10 para atendimento! Nota 10 para o ambiente! Nota 10 para os mecânicos! E sem contar nos preços que são bem abaixo do mercado! Uma das melhores lavagens a vapor do Brasil!!!! Super top!!!
Just do not give 5 stars because it is far from my home. But the structure of the place is spectacular! Note 10 for service! Note 10 for the environment! Note 10 to the mechanics! And not to mention the prices that are well below the market! One of the best steam washes in Brazil !!!! Super top !!!
