Polite access control staff. It lacks a larger space for visitor entry, resulting in traffic on the access street.

In my opinion this condo is one of the best I've lived so far!! Everything is very clean without taking into account that the employees are very polite, the reception staff, administration and residents too!! You can check it out without fear!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os vizinhos são todos chatos não pode fazer barulho NENHUM que ligam na portaria, antes das 22h, sem tolerância nem em eventos festivos como NATAL e ANO NOVO... Pode não ter a ver com o condomínio, porém ninguém quer morar em lugar onde não tem tolerância mínima nem no Natal que acontece uma vez ao ano, e é apenas uma reunião de famílias.
The neighbors are all annoying, they can't make noise ANYONE who call the reception, before 10 pm, without tolerance or at festive events like CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR... It may not have to do with the condominium, but no one wants to live in a place where they don't it has minimal tolerance even at Christmas that happens once a year, and it's just a family reunion.
