Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood e veio um entregador impaciente fazer a entrega e estava chegando do trabalho (coloquei para entregar entre 19hrs e 20 hrs e estava chegando às 19:20) o entregador voltou com minhas compras para o supermercado. Liguei e conversei com uma moça, e pedi e ela que precisava da compra, ela me deixou na linha enquanto ouvia o entregador me xingando do outro lado da linha... E no final cancelou a compra. Péssimos!! Lamentável esse tratamento com clientes. Nunca mais.
Terrible attendance! I placed an order through Ifood and an impatient delivery man came to make the delivery and I was arriving from work (I put it to deliver between 7 pm and 8 pm and it was arriving at 7:20 pm) the delivery person returned with my purchases to the supermarket. I called and talked to a girl, and I asked and she needed the purchase, she left me on the line while I heard the deliveryman cursing me on the other end of the line... And in the end he canceled the purchase. Terrible!! This treatment with clients is regrettable. Never.

Fiquei no caixa por mais de 30 minutos esperando, em pé, com meu filho de 3 meses no colo, por causa de um problema no computador que seria resolvido em 5 minutos se, a gerente e a caixa não estivessem de picuinha uma com a outra. Uma falta de respeito. Infelizmente isso vai continuar acontecendo até alguém processar o supermercado!
Terrible attendance. From the cashier to the manager. I was at the cashier for more than 30 minutes, standing, with my 3-month-old son on my lap, because of a computer problem that would be resolved in 5 minutes if the manager and the cashier weren't picking on each other . A lack of respect. Unfortunately this will keep happening until someone sues the supermarket!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei que poderia ter álcool em gel de uma forma mais visível para os clientes, mas o restante está ótimo, tem uma variedade na padaria e é tudo muito gostoso, lá tem de tudo um pouco e com um bom preço.
I thought I could have alcohol in gel in a more visible way for customers, but the rest is great, there is a variety in the bakery and everything is very tasty, there is a little of everything and at a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo esse supermercado,as moças do caixa são simpáticas e educadas.Todo dia tem produtos com otimos preços. As vezes chego lá com 10 reais e saio com 4 produtos.Saio muito satisfeita. Sempre vou primeiro no Dupovo e depois em outro supermercado pra pesquisar preços mais em conta e ir lá faz muita diferença no bolso.
