★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segundo sofa que compro, aparentemente até agora está ok. Porém, minhas cadeiras da sala de jantar foram trocados os assentos serviço mal feito ralaram as mesmas agora, tudo pago a vista, ninguém se pronuncia.
Second sofa I buy, apparently so far is ok. However, my dining room chairs were changed the poorly done service seats grated them now, all paid for in sight, no one pronounces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de um sofá na Duque paguei mais de 2mil reais para em 8 meses o estofado estar todo torto. Fui reclamar com a loja e os mesmo não prestaram nenhuma assistência e ainda alegam que o sofá não foi fabricado por eles.
Devido ser fabricado por outro local a garantia é apenas de 90 dias. O problema que no ato da venda a vendedora havia me informado que a garantia do sofá era de 2 anos, mas agora fui informada pela loja que sua garantia é apenas da madeira.
Senti muito descaso dos atendentes, é uma empresa que não pensa no seu cliente e cobra caro por produtos de péssima qualidade. Não recomendo o produto e muito menos o pós venda.
I made a purchase of a sofa at Duque, I paid more than 2 thousand reais for in 8 months the upholstery was all crooked. I went to complain to the store and they did not provide any assistance and still claim that the sofa was not manufactured by them.
Due to being manufactured by another location the warranty is only 90 days. The problem that at the time of sale the seller had informed me that the sofa warranty was 2 years, but now I have been informed by the store that its warranty is only for wood.
I felt very neglect by the attendants, it is a company that does not think about its customer and charges expensive for products of terrible quality. I do not recommend the product, much less the post sale.

Eles tem produção própria, então são flexíveis quanto ao tamanho do assento, tamanho dos braços etc. Oferecem 2 anos de garantia no sofá, mas apenas no madeiramento ?. O atendimento foi muito bom. Em 30 dias nosso sofá chegou em casa.
We chose our sofa here after searching the city for options with surreal prices or dubious comfort and beauty. The Germany model is very comfortable, reclining and retractable. They have their own production, so they are flexible in terms of seat size, arm size, etc. They offer a 2-year warranty on the sofa, but only on woodwork ?. The service was very good. In 30 days our sofa arrived home.
