Nossa cliente sentiu uma grande instalibidade na frente da moto e logo mandou msg. Num caso assim suspeitamos de rolamentos, caixa de direção ou ate mesmo algum amassado na roda (que esta bem frequente também por causa do tanto de buracos no nosso asfalto).

Simplesmente excepcional, incomparável! Cacau e Rafael são excelentes profissionais. Educados, carismáticos e fazem de tudo para te ajudar. Sem dúvidas é o melhor! Podem confiar no trabalho deles! I live in the south side of Sp, I've had a motorcycle for 5 years and I've been to several mechanics in the south side, but none have ever reached Durval, I've never been so well assisted in one place. Simply exceptional, incomparable! Cocoa and Rafael are excellent professionals. Educated, charismatic and do everything to help you. Without a doubt it's the best! You can trust their work! Service and service score 1,000!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro atendimento que eu tive foi via telefone, falei com a Cacau e ela foi super atenciosa e prestativa comigo, depois disso decidi levar a minha PCX na oficina e falei com o Rafael, com ele foi a mesma coisa, foi super prestativo e atencioso na hora de identificar o problema de acordo com os meus relatos, nunca tive um atendimento tão bom quanto o deles em nem um mecânico.
Recomendo, e muito, a Durval Motos!
The first service I had was via phone, I spoke with Cocoa and she was super attentive and helpful with me, after that I decided to take my PCX to the workshop and I spoke with Rafael, it was the same thing with him, he was super helpful and attentive at It's time to identify the problem according to my reports, I've never had as good a service as theirs by even a mechanic.
I highly recommend Durval Motos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina Top, acabei de sair de lá com a minha Neo 125 pra trocar amortecedor e molas das bengalas e ficou show. Fui muito bem atendido pela Cacau e o Rafa fez um serviço show na motinha, ficou Top!!!!
Top workshop, I just got out of there with my Neo 125 to change the shock absorber and springs for the canes and it was amazing. I was very well attended by Cacau and Rafa did a show service on the motorcycle, it was Top!!!!
