Estive ligando pra fazer orçamento, o moço de extrema grosseria do qual me atendeu disse que eu deveria calcular o valor total porque ele estava ocupado. Enfim, penso que seria melhor não trabalhar a que tratar o cliente com tanto descaso.

I was calling to make a quote, the extremely rude young man who answered me said that I should calculate the total amount because he was busy. Anyway, I think it would be better not to work than to treat the client with so much neglect.

Solicitei um serviço de troca de pia e o funcionário até fez a troca e a colagem da pia, mas não vedou o sifão da pia, ligamos de volta e disseram que a colagem do sifão não está inclusa , algo tão simples mas vocês recusam em fazer . Vocês devem estar chovendo clientes para não resolverem algo tão simples como isso . Primeira e última solicitação de serviço nesse depósito .
Terrible . I requested a sink exchange service and the employee even made the exchange and bonding the sink, but it did not seal the sink siphon, we called back and said that the siphon bonding is not included, something so simple but you refuse to do it . You must be raining customers to not solve something as simple as that. First and last service request on that deposit.
