Compramos três sacos de embalagens, onde abrimos um e não era o que utilizamos frequentemente. Fui até a loja com as duas outras embalagens lacradas e perguntei se podia trocar pois não havia violado o produto, a senhora da loja falou que não podia trocar e com uma justificativa não tão coerente, falando que podia dar erro no caixa. Falei que não precisaria me estornar o dinheiro apenas trocar para dar sequência no meu negócio. Uma pena mesmo, perderão um cliente. Obs: Não recebi nota fiscal do produto , onde os mesmos não fazem questão de oferecer. Sucesso no negócio de vocês, pois lojas de embalagens tem bastante, pena. Deus abençoe.
Unfortunately at the time we need, we can see the kindness and understanding of the human being. We bought three bags of packaging, where we opened one and was not what we often use. I went to the store with the other two sealed packages and asked if I could change because I had not violated the product, the lady at the store said she couldn't change and with a not so coherent justification, saying that there could be an error in the cash register. I said I would not need to reverse me money just swap in order to follow in my business. A shame even lose a customer. Note: I have not received the invoice of the product where they do not make it a point to offer. Success in the business of you, for packaging stores have enough, sorry. God bless.
