Primeiro vc marca horário e é atendido uma hora depois cheguei na clínica as 16:00 como agendado minha filha foi atendida as 17:10
Passaram duas pessoas na minha frente que chegou depois que cheguei e que tinham agendamento depois também não entendi a organização ou melhor entendi, não tem nenhuma
Então quem estiver atrás de pontualidade escolha outro lugar ok

First you make an appointment and you are seen one hour later I arrived at the clinic at 16:00 as scheduled my daughter was attended at 17:10
Two people passed in front of me who arrived after I arrived and who had an appointment later I also did not understand the organization or better understood, there are none
So whoever is after punctuality choose another place ok
