Vendedor muito bom.
Porém a entrega levou mais de 20 dias.
Também NÃO respeitam os prazos acordados com o cliente e emitem os boletos a bel prazer e para a data que é melhor para eles.
Vc tenta resolver os problemas e NÃO tem ninguém para solucionar.
Atendimento grosseiro mesmo o erro sendo deles.
ABSURDO.
NÃO INDICO Á NINGUÉM.

However, delivery took more than 20 days.
They also DON'T respect the deadlines agreed with the client and issue the slips at their own discretion and for the date that is best for them.
You try to solve the problems and have NO one to solve them.
Rude service even though the mistake was theirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está deixando a desejar tanto atendimento quanto entrega! Vc faz pedido em um dia 7 dias depois não chega vc liga e a pessoa diz que não tem nenhum pedido feito !? Como assim? Isso por é perto imagina em cidades mais distantes ? Precisam mudar essa dinâmica de atendimento e entrega , pois vai ficar melhor tanto para vcs quanto para os clientes!

It leaves much to be desired both service and delivery! You place an order in a day 7 days later it doesn't arrive, you call and the person says they don't have any orders placed!? Like this? This is close, can you imagine in more distant cities? You need to change this dynamic of service and delivery, because it will be better for both you and customers!
